Have you been wanting to learn how to cook wild game meat but have been intimated and not sure where to start? Have you been looking to take your current recipes to a whole new level? Join us as we look at how to prepare delicious wild game dishes that will delight and amaze your family. The class size will be small, allowing for a more intimate learning experience with Kyle Duszynski, our instructor.
The dinner package includes 2 glasses of wine, appies to enjoy during the cooking lesson, and of course – sampling what Kyle has prepared. The menu includes assorted charcuterie, Indian style Kafta Currey Meatballs, Backstrap with Mushroom Pan Sauce, and Osso Bucco.
Kyle is an avid hunter and has been hunting with his family since he was young. This passion has translated to the kitchen, where Kyle is known for his culinary expertise with wild game.
